Brian Nilsen has been deeply involved in the motorsports industry for more than 40 years. A native of Washington and Kitsap County, Brian’s first motorcycle was a Honda Z50. He dreamed of following in his dad’s footsteps by learning to ride as well as him on a Bultaco, an iconic Spanish motorcycle, and pursuing a career in the motorsports industry. Circuit of the Northwest has been a labor of love and he's proud to partner with best-in-class designers, engineers and experienced operators and marketing professionals for the facility.
Senior Advisor & Board Member
Raised around racing and high-performance cars, Kim has maintained his lifelong passion for motorsports through a diverse combination of employment and competitive pursuits. Starting with racing bicycles in his teens to karts, motorcycles and eventually cars, racetracks have always been an integral part of his life. Professionally, Kim brings 25 years of automotive, media, and partnership experience to CNW, having led successful teams in print / online content, and strategic partnerships. He has worked at MSN Autos, Xbox Game Studios (on Forza racing games), and more recently, at Road & Track magazine as Editor-in-Chief.
Kim has taught auto racing professionally and competed in pro sports car series including the Grand-Am Cup, SPEED World Challenge, Rolex Sports Car Series and Porsche Michelin Supercup. Career highlights include racing in the 1998, 1999 and 2004 Rolex 24 at Daytona sports car endurance race, and multiple wins at the NASA 25 Hours of Thunderhill race.

Andy has been involved in Motorsports most of his life. From 1979, he has been involved in ownership and consulting for many historic tracks, adding his flair and eye to the success of every project he is involved with. Through decades of management experience, a winning formula has been developed. It is now the core methodology: helping clients and friends in business achieve successful, sustainable and measurable results.

Tim has worked over 30 years with the Joel Cohen Group focusing on technology. He is a Bachelor of Science Graduate from Purdue University. He has utilized his technology skills in many jobs over the years from a Systems Engineer at Apple to Technology Director for Disney's Town of Celebration. Having been born into a KFC family franchise, he views every new project with an eye to his hospitality and customer service heritage.
Chief Engineering Officer & Director of Motorsports Design
Andy has more than 30 years of experience in the Motorsports industry. Holding two Bachelors of Science from Purdue University in Land Survey and Structural Engineering, and a Masters of Science in Business Administration. He has led the development of design, motorsport and entertainment projects like Iowa, Jukasa, Mansfield, Lawrenceburg, Monroe, Pacific Northwest Motorsport Park, Bluegrass Motorsport Park, Prairie Hills Motorsport Park, and Canadian Motor Speedway.

Dave is a business professional with 30+ years of sales, marketing, and communications experience across the sports, entertainment, and events industries. Agile leader with experience managing multiple offices with 29 venues, 24 direct reports, and an annual sponsorship revenue budget of $15M.
Strong business acumen with vast experience leading corporate sponsorship sales and partnership development. Proven ability to drive growth and revenue—at Vulcan Inc, created the first-ever sales programs and processes for several properties and generated seven-figure revenue within the first year.

Regional Sales Manager
Todd is an experienced marketing and sales professional in the world of motorsports. During his career he has opened and secured sponsorships for racing venues in Pennsylvania and Iowa, among other destinations. Todd serves the Circuit of the Northwest in Corporate Team Memberships, as well as facilitating brands to secure sponsorship rights within the venue.
Social Media Director
Caroline has worked in the Social Media Arena for several years and has an eye for detail and design that set her apart from your normal Social Media expert. She has worked creatively with many forms and formats of media files creating movies, tutorials and press copy for clients past and present.
Chief Executive Officer
Steve oversees the growth and all aspects of both KemperSports and KemperLesnik as CEO. He has led the organizations for more than a decade and has influenced the establishment and growth of the company’s sports properties, golf destinations and the agency’s work with leading brands and sports leagues. Steve is known as a forward-looking business leader with an eye to new events and sports marketing initiatives. He is consistently named one of Golf Inc.’s top 10 Influencers in the industry and has been part of the production of USGA and PGA of America championship events, including the U.S. Open and the Senior PGA Championship. Steve is a graduate of University of Chicago Law School and Lawrence University, was a founder of The First Tee of Chicago and currently serves on the executive committee of the Chicago Sports Commission and is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago.
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President for KemperSports, Ben Blake is responsible for the company’s business development efforts which include acquisitions and leases throughout the United States. He is also responsible for sourcing and the acquisition of third party management contracts in the western US. Mr. Blake is a 38-year industry veteran who has held various senior executive positions at both KemperSports and LinksCorp. Prior to joining KemperSports in 2008, Mr. Blake was CEO of LinksCorp, owner of 30 golf properties in the Midwest and Southeast. Mr. Blake is a graduate of Ohio University, Athens, OH.
Chief Operating Officer
As Executive Vice President, Managed Leasing Services Group for KemperSports, Jim Stegall is the senior operations executive for 76 of the KemperSports third party management properties. He is an 18-year industry veteran who has held various senior operations, sales and marketing positions at American Golf, Troon Golf and KemperSports. Prior to entering the golf industry, he was a senior project director for Xerox Learning Systems and Learning International, which provided training and consulting services for Fortune 500 companies in sales, management and service strategies. Jim is a 10-year veteran of the US Navy and Army National Guard.
